What is Roxirite Cefuroxime Used For? 

Roxirite is used in the treatment of bacterial infections of the tonsils, sinus, ear, nose, throat, skin soft tissues, and lungs (pneumonia).

How Does Roxirite Cefuroxime Work 

Roxirite Cefuroxime works by stopping the growth of bacteria and this antibiotic treats only bacterial infections and does not work for viral infections (such as common cold, and flu).

Roxirite Cefuroxime Dosage 

Adults and Teenagers: Take  500mg two times a day for 10 days.

Children (who can swallow the tablets): Take 250 mg two times a day for 10 days.

How to take Roxirite Cefuroxime Tablet 

Take Roxirite Cefuroxime tablet by mouth as directed by your doctor, usually twice daily (every 12 hours). 

Take Roxirite cefuroxime tablet with food to increase absorption and reduce stomach upset. 

Swallow the Roxirite tablets whole
